My journey into the world of specialty coffee began in 2020. What started as a simple morning ritual quickly evolved into a deep fascination with the craftsmanship behind the bean. For me, coffee became more than a habit—it became a lens through which to explore culture, sustainability, and community.

Driven by a desire to share those meaningful moments, I founded Finca.

Based in Lincoln, Nebraska, Finca is a mobile espresso bar built on the belief that every cup tells a story—one rooted in the land and the people who cultivated it. I’ve spent years dialing in the perfect shot and partnering with local roasters to ensure that every event we serve feels like a visit to your favorite neighborhood café.

Whether we are maneuvering our custom cart into a corporate lobby or celebrating a private milestone, our mission remains the same: to provide an elevated, turnkey coffee experience that fosters genuine connection.
